Recommended Daily Dose
In most cases, the recommended starting dose for adults is one dose of (20) drops (approximately two thirds of a dropper full) per dosage twice daily. The majority of ADVOCIL users report that this dosage works effectively.

When and How to Take ADVOCIL
ADVOCIL will not work most effectively if taken occasionally or "as needed". For best results you must follow the directions and take on a consistent regimen. For best results, it is recommended to take the first dose of 20 drops in the morning and the second dose of 20 drops in the afternoon. You should avoid taking more than one (20) drops within a single 4-hour period. Taking two (20) drops at once is not unsafe but may reduce the absorption of ADVOCIL's main ingredient, hyperforin.

TIP: If you feel stimulated and energized after taking ADVOCIL or have difficulty sleeping, take your final dose earlier in the day instead of at night (e.g. 1st in the morning and 2nd in the early afternoon). On the other hand, if you find that ADVOCIL produces a soothing, calming effect and helps you sleep, it's best to take the day's last dose near or at bedtime.

ADVOCIL can be taken with or without food. In the rare event that you experience stomach upset by taking ADVOCIL on an empty stomach, then taking Advocil with food will often reduces or eliminates this condition.

Speed of Response
ADVOCIL works in a cumulative fashion. You may notice subtle positive changes very quickly. When taken over a period of time the benefits accumulate and provide more effective benefits. In actuality, hyperforin (one of ADVOCIL's main ingredients) may exhibit strong positive response within one to two weeks However, it is important to use Advocil according to directions as full benefits may take several weeks to be experienced depending on each individuals state of health.

As its effects steadily increase week after week, ADVOCIL can produce a dramatic long-term improvement in mood. Studies show that hyperforin continues to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety after 6-8 weeks of use, so ADVOCIL may not reach maximum effectiveness for two months or more.

Storage and Handling
Keep ADVOCIL in a cool, dark place. Keep away from direct sunlight and away from any humid area. DO NOT STORE IN A BATHROOM). Once opened, bottles should be kept with the cap closed and stored in a dark place. Avoid extended storage in places with excessive heat (e.g. in a car during summer) or light (e.g. on a desk) and humidity.
